About the Role
The Accounting Manager supervises our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams and is responsible for the everyday management in these areas. The manager will learn all processes, redesign processes, and implement efficiencies and creative improvements. This role will have several direct reports while reporting directly to the Controller.
Responsibilities
Oversee and verify financial integrity for AP and AR
Responsible for overall leadership, coaching, mentoring
KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for AP and AR teams
Performance management and continuous education
Develop and implement systems for collecting and analyzing financial information.
Various administrative tasks
Backup for AP and AR teams as needed
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or similar area
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
Process / Systems Improvement
Detail Oriented
Experience in management
