Accounts Receivables Clerk will work within the Accounting Department. Working on the receiving side of the company’s finances, the accounts receivable clerk is responsible for records and payment related transactions on a daily basis.
Responsibilities will include: daily posts and balancing of accounts; processing of mail-in-checks; process non AR cash/checks; daily posting of cash and sales team deposits; daily logging of AR postings; reporting of month end bank statements, etc.
Education: High School diploma with experience in an accounting environment or a combination of education and experience; with preference given to an Associates Degree in Accounting;
