Maximizing Profit Opportunities

Visit key foodservice accounts on a regular schedule for customer retention and sales opportunities
Increase foodservice sales in existing stores
New item introductions, cuttings, new program roll-out
New account development. Sell foodservice items to existing customers not currently buying food.
Work with at least one Retail rep per week to build F/S sales – Monthly rotation per retail rep


Work with at least one Retail rep per week to help build F/S sales – Monthly rotation per retail rep
Work with customers both existing and potential – Building menus – Cutting / Sampling – Maximizing profitability
Create and maintain custom deli catalogs for new and existing customers as needed
Intimate knowledge of products and brands offered by MRW
Deliver key products as needed as opportunities present themselves – ( mispicks, OOS, MFR OOS , etc..)
Perform competitor cost analysis when needed to try to obtain new business
Process quarterly customer rebates when applicable
Send beverage program requests to be entered into House Call Pro – Qualified through F/S sales manager
Process customized POS/signage/menu boards when applicable
Relay potential new items and/or MFRs to the F/S buyer and F/S sale MGR as needed

Professional Development

Visit supplier facilities that lead the market in major categories to develop knowledge
Participate in training programs identified by the Foodservice Sales Manager
Obtain and keep current Servsafe certification
