Description
Supervise full-time and part-time Merchandising Sales Support representatives, manage key accounts merchandising needs and new accounts. Convenience Store experience required.
Essential Job Functions
Develop relationships with key accounts.
Manage full-time and part-time merchandisers.
Coordinating merchandising efforts in sales districts with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
Training merchandisers in all areas of the job.
Requirements
Thorough knowledge of product mix for convenience stores and college book stores.
The ability to plan-o-gram retail locations to maximize sales and profits.
Management and motivational skills.
Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Education, Experience
Computer skills: Email, Word, Excel
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Clean Driving Record
