This position is within Wholesale Distribution to Convenience Stores and is responsible for supporting the sales team in addition to other duties. Duties include – Sales/sales support in existing and new accounts, servicing (route relief) existing customers, merchandising, and setting existing and new accounts in a full-service capacity via direct store deliveries. Sales and credits of merchandise are integral responsibilities of this position.

This will require extensive driving and possible overnight stays in hotels (paid by the Company) within a 2-3-hour radius of your home. The ability to lift 50 pounds, bending, climbing in and out of 16 ft (small) box truck and manual dexterity to operate handheld computer are also routine parts of this position. A clean driver record is needed. Ideal candidate would live in the Richmond, VA or general areas. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to develop relationships quickly, be able to develop and analyze data/reports, and work well in a team environment. The candidate must be able to manage time effectively to achieve expected goals.

The position offers a base salary, vehicle, phone/allowance, full benefits package, and monthly bonus/commission. Currently, we are offering a $500 sign-on bonus when you start and $500 after 90 days plus a training stipend for 60-90 days. After 60-90 training is complete the position will qualify for commission.
