About the Role
Novelty Express is a division of M.R. Williams, Inc. located across town on Americal Road. This warehouse facility is a smaller footprint of M.R. Williams, Inc. but generates a large business in Novelty sales. This role is responsible for operating pallet jack/forklifts, receiving orders, picking, and pricing items as well as transfer product in a production-controlled environment using a wireless scanning system. The work schedule is Monday through Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Responsibilities
· Receive all inbound freight from various carriers
· Breakdown inbound freight for receiving
· Price Items and manage UPC labels
· Pull transfers
· Slot items efficiently
· Pack seasonal promotions
· Stack product on pallets for shipment
Requirements
· High School diploma, GED, or warehouse experience.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Can regularly stand, walk, climb, knell, crouch, or crawl to reach freight.
· Operate basic warehouse equipment
