Paul is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the food service and convenience store distribution industry. His journey with MR Williams began in the fall of 2018 when he joined as the Food Service Sales Manager. Demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise, Paul was quickly promoted to Director of Food Service and Dispensed Beverage.

In September 2023, Paul’s remarkable leadership was recognized as he was promoted to his current role as Vice President of Sales. In this pivotal position, he now oversees the combined Grocery, Food Service, and Dispensed Beverage departments.

With an impressive 25 years of experience in the convenience store distribution channel, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to the table. His journey in the industry was deeply influenced by his upbringing in Eastern North Carolina, where he watched his father navigate the world of food service, instilling in him a lifelong passion for the field.

Paul is not just a professional, but also a true embodiment of MR Williams’ core values: Selfless Service, Sincere Commitment, and Never Satisfied. He is a staunch believer in putting customers at the center of everything he does, and he thrives on being in the field working directly with customers and building strong relationships.

Paul is the proud father of five and a doting grandfather to three grandchildren. Married for over two decades, he cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones in the backyard, where grilling and playing cornhole are favorite pastimes. His love for outdoor activities mirrors his energetic and adventurous approach to both his personal and professional life.
