Guarantee Commitment

Acting as an authorized agent of my company (or its approved broker), I guarantee all approved stocked items purchased for the entire lifecycle of the brand within M.R. Williams, Inc. and its retail partners. This guarantee applies to any products returned from the retailer(s) to M.R. Williams, Inc.

If these products fail to meet acceptable sales thresholds (as determined by M.R. Williams, Inc.) within 180 days of initial stocking, I agree to:

• Remove the unsold products from M.R. Williams’ facilities at my expense; and
• Reimburse M.R. Williams for the full purchase price of any items returned.

All fees I pay to M.R. Williams—whether for marketing, promotions, or other services—are non‑refundable.

If product movement falls below acceptable levels at any time after the initial 180‑day period, these same removal and reimbursement obligations will apply. Should I fail to remove the products within 45 days of written notice, M.R. Williams, Inc. reserves the right to dispose of the product and seek reimbursement for its value.
